A Japanese GameCube request should identify the release and every piece of packaging you expect. If a sleeve, manual, insert, or bonus component matters to your collection, name it rather than relying on the word complete. Ask for a contents photo that makes missing or mismatched parts easy to notice.
The disc deserves its own condition description. Ask for photos of the playing surface and printed side, and an explanation of the test that was performed. A clean-looking case does not tell you whether the game was loaded or how the disc behaved in use.
