Good questions before you request.
Here is what to expect when you contact us about a Japanese retro game or console.
Can I purchase an item on this site?
No. This early version is being prepared for item search consultations. It does not show live inventory or take payment.
Does submitting a request reserve an item?
No. Your request tells us what you are looking for. Availability has to be confirmed separately.
Can I specify condition and accessories?
Yes. Tell us your preference for wear, packaging, manuals, controllers, cables, and other accessories. Item-specific condition and testing must be confirmed separately.
Do I need the exact title or model number?
No. Describe what you know. A platform, approximate title, edition, color, or other identifying detail can help us understand what you mean.
What details should I include?
A short description and an email address are enough to start. You can optionally add the edition, condition, accessories, quantity, budget, and U.S. state, or discuss those later by email.
Can I ask about more than one item?
Yes. Include the quantity and describe each item in the additional details. Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, and ongoing supply are not confirmed.
Is my budget a quote?
No. A budget in USD is your preference and helps us understand the request. It is not a price offer, invoice, or payment commitment. You can say you are not sure yet.
Who reviews my request?
Daisuke at IGNITE is the planned first point of contact. We may ask for missing details before responding about whether we can help. A fixed response time has not yet been set.
Will a Japanese game work with my console?
It depends on the exact game, console, and setup. Include the model and title, and check the appropriate compatibility guidance before making a purchase.
Do you ship to the United States?
The initial service is a consultation for U.S. buyers. Shipping is not arranged at the request stage. The seller, shipping method, costs, and responsibilities would need separate confirmation before any purchase.
Can buyers outside the United States send a request?
We are preparing the initial service for U.S. buyers. Support for other destinations is not confirmed.
Can I request trading cards?
Not in the initial service. We are starting with retro game software and consoles.
Will you provide a quote or shipping time?
Not at the request stage. We will first review your details and contact you about whether we can help.

Some questions need more room than a short answer. Use these guides to turn a general concern into a specific question for an individual item. They cover how to read a listing, how to ask for photos, and how to distinguish essential contents from optional extras.
